I feel Michael Landon was one of the most talented actors/producers to have ever graced us with his presence. The television series he was associated with were three of the best programs throughout television history. My favorite was Little House on the Prairie and thanks to syndication I am able to watch it every day. Just seeing Michael's smile and hearing his laughter is so soothing. He brings such joy to my chaotic life.

I thank God that Michael Landon used his talents wisely. He seemed so down to earth and spiritual. I am also glad to see some of his children following in his footsteps. Michael deserves a legacy to follow him, as he was more than an actor; he was a friend I never had the privilege to meet. Michael Landon will never be forgotten.

Hi Mike. I never got to meet you personally, but you mean so much to me. I first started watching you as Little Joe when I was just a small child, on the re-runs. Then when I got a little older I started watching you as Pa Ingalls and that’s when I decided that I wanted to act, direct, write and produce just like you. I started watching Highway to Heaven a little later on and I started to change. I had been somewhat of a hard hearted individual who judged others constantly; I felt no peace inside until I started watching you and your shows. Since I had decided to be an actor, writer, director and producer I started writing scripts, mostly screenplays, but I have written two TV pilots and am collaborating on another. I try to write the values that were instilled in your shows the best I can. I have a short film that I will be entering into as many film fests as possible this year and am working on two features. I think though that this will best sum up my feelings about you though, you wrote in the episode of Highway "Wally", your character, Jonathan tells Wally that you’re an angel now and that he's been an angel his whole life, well not only were you an angel on TV, but you were an angel your whole life. Thank you Mike for helping turn my life around and making this world a better place.

I have been an avid fan of Bonanza, Little House on the Prairie, and Highway to Heaven. I still watch all the reruns whenever I can. My family certainly enjoys them as well. They all have such meaning and depth about family, friends, character, and life in general.

I will certainly treasure always what Michael Landon left to me as well as my family in the form of television entertainment.
