Michael Landon was a man of conviction, integrity and compassion shown in all aspects, from the way he lived his life.
He considered others and strived to make the world a better place, especially for those less fortunate. These values are supported by his many charities he instigated and which are still ongoing.
He is probably remembered most fondly in the role of "Little Joe" undoubtedly by many female fans around the world.
He was a gifted screenwriter having given us many episodes of Bonanza from his talented pen.
His talent was most evident when he starred and wrote Little House on the Prairie and Highway to Heaven. His belief of family was no more evident than in these shows.
We give thanks to his life and our own lives are all the more richer for having had him be a part of ours.

I want to congratulate Michael Landon on his 70th birthday and say to his family that my thoughts are with them. I'm a huge fan of Michael’s and feel very sad that he is no longer with us. He was a great actor and wonderful human being. In my heart he lives on and remains always at my side as an angel on earth. Thank you Michael for the beautiful movies and series (television shows).
